Herway Coffee Roasters Private Limited ("we," "us," or "our") operates the e-commerce website https://herways.co (the "Site"), offering coffee products (instant coffee, ground coffee), coffee brewing equipment, and branded merchandise under the Herway Coffee™ brand. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Site, including purchases, subscriptions, and account creation. By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, Return and Refund Policy, and Shipping Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. Use of the Site

• All orders are subject to availability and acceptance by us. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders at our discretion (e.g., due to stock unavailability or suspected fraud).
• Product prices, descriptions, and availability may change without notice. Prices displayed on the Site are in Indian Rupees (₹) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

2.2 Payment

• We accept payments via credit/debit cards, UPI, and other methods supported by our payment gateways (e.g., Razorpay) as displayed at checkout.

2.3 Shipping and Returns

• Returns, refunds, and replacements are governed by our Return and Refund Policy.

3. Subscription Services

• We offer subscription-based coffee orders, allowing regular deliveries as per your selected plan.
• You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account on the Site or by contacting us at hello@herways.co or 02269620562. No penalties apply for cancellations.
• Subscription payments are processed automatically via your chosen payment method. You are responsible for ensuring sufficient funds to avoid payment failures.

4. Intellectual Property

• All content on the Site, including text, images, logos, and the Herway Coffee™ brand, is owned by or licensed to Herway Coffee Roasters Private Limited and protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.
• You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content for commercial purposes without prior written permission.
• If you believe any content on the Site infringes your intellectual property rights, contact us at hello@herways.co with details for review.

5. User-Generated Content

• You may submit product reviews or other content through the Site. By doing so, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, display, and reproduce your content on the Site.
• Your content must not be unlawful, offensive, defamatory, or infringe on third-party rights. We reserve the right to remove or moderate content that violates these Terms.

6. Limitation of Liability

• Product Use: We are not liable for damages arising from improper use of our products, including allergic reactions to coffee or misuse of brewing equipment. Always follow product instructions.
• Site Access: The Site is provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free operation.
• Third-Party Services: We are not liable for delays, losses, or issues caused by third-party services (e.g., logistics providers, payment gateways).
• To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from your use of the Site or products is limited to the amount paid for the order in question.

7. Disclaimers

• Product descriptions are provided for informational purposes. We strive for accuracy but do not warrant that all descriptions or images are error-free.
• Certain products (e.g., brewing equipment) may come with manufacturer warranties, as specified in the product description or packaging.

8. Termination of Access
