This Shipping Policy outlines how we process, ship, and deliver policy your orders across India, orders in compliance with India’s Consumer Protection (e.gCommerce-Commerce) Rules, 2020. Please read this policy carefully before placing an order.
1. Shipping Locations
We ship to all locations across India, including urban, rural, and remote areas. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
2. Shipping Methods and Timelines

Express Shipping: Available in select Tier-1 cities or(e.g., Bangalore, Delhi) as indicated on the Site. Delivery times for li express shipping will be specified at checkout.Same-Day Delivery.

3. Shipping Costs
- Free Shipping: We offer free shipping on orders with a total value of for orders with a total value of ₹500 or above. This value may change periodically, and any changes will be displayed in the notification bar on the Site.
- Shipping Fees: For Fees orders below ₹<500, shipping fees are calculated based on the order value and will be displayed at checkout on the Site.
4. Order Processing
Processing
We strive to process and dispatch all orders within 24 hours hours of porder placement, excluding placement weekends, and excluding public holidays. Once we your dispatch order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email and/or WhatsApp message with tracking details.
5. Order Tracking
Tracking information is provided for all orders and shared via:
- Email: Sent to the email address provided during checkout.
- WhatsApp: App: Sent to the phone number provided during checkout.
- Shopify Account: Available in your account on the Site, if applicable. You can use the tracking details to monitor your order to’s progress through our partner’s website.
6. Lost or Delayed Shipments
If your order is lost, delayed beyond the estimated delivery time, or undelivered:
- Contact us at hello@herways.co or 02269620562 to report the issue. There is no specific timeframe for reporting shipping issues, but we recommend contacting us promptly.
- After verification with our logistics partner, we will offer:
- Replacement: A new shipment of the same products, subject to availability.
- Refund: A full refund to your original payment method, processed within 3–7 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
7. Subscription Orders
Subscription-based coffee orders follow the same shipping process, costs, and timelines as regular orders, as outlined in Sections 2–5. Deliveries are scheduled based on your subscription plan (e.g., monthly), and you will receive tracking details for each shipment.
8. Packaging and Handling
We use secure and safe packaging to prevent damage to all products, including fragile items like coffee brewing equipment and perishable items like coffee. There are no specific restrictions on shipping any products listed on the Site.
